The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) accepts applications for families that qualify for a three bedroom or larger unit on the third Wednesday of each month from 7:00 a.m. (CST) until 10:00 p.m. (CST). Waitlist applications must be submitted online during this time period. MPHA will not accept paper applications.
