This week the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation’s Twin Cities Mobile Market made its first stops at our highrise buildings! The Mobile Market is a supermarket on wheels, with fresh produce and other groceries at below-market prices. The service targets areas with limited grocery options, making it easy to stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, and an amazing selection (for such a small space!) of day-to-day food items. The service is open to all, and accepts all forms of payment including SNAP/EBT.

With the partnership and hard work of the Minneapolis Highrise Representative Council, we are excited to expand the Mobile Market’s reach into Minneapolis with seven stops at our buildings each week.
