Rainbow Terrace

Built in 1970, Rainbow Terrace is made up of 84 units (studios and one-bedrooms). This 7-story high-rise building is in the Willard-Hay neighborhood just a couple blocks from North Commons Park.

Property management offices and resident community spaces are conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The first-floor community room offers a TV, seating, and vending machines making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. There is a spacious meeting room on the first floor, complete with tables and chairs and exercise equipment. Residents use these spaces for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, and community activities. Additionally, there are seating areas located on floors two through seven. Laundry rooms are located on floors three through six. Rainbow Terrace also has outdoor space featuring a fenced patio and picnic tables.
