The Atrium

Built in 1972, The Atrium is made up of 299 one-bedroom units. This 16-story high-rise building is in the Downtown West neighborhood across the street from the Central Hennepin County Library.

Property management offices and resident community spaces are conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The first-floor TV room offers a TV, seating, and a kitchenette making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use the spacious first-floor meeting room for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, and community activities. Additionally, the second-floor atrium offers another community space complete with exercise equipment and tables and chairs. Laundry machines are on the sixteenth floor. The Atrium also has outdoor space featuring a fenced patio, a grill, and picnic tables. This space allows residents to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside.
