Third Avenue Towers

Built in 1969, Third Avenue Towers is made up of 199 units (studios and one-bedrooms). This 22-story high-rise building is in the Steven’s Square-Loring Heights neighborhood near Stevens Square Park and the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Laundry machines and resident community space are located on the basement level of the building. The sunny, basement-level community offers a TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen, and view of the courtyard making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for community activities and it can be reserved by residents for personal parties. Additionally, the first floor offers a comfortable lobby area with tables and chairs that residents use to conduct resident council meetings and meet with support staff.
