Cedar High Apartments

Built in 1963 (620 Cedar, 1627 and 1611 Sixth) and 1970 (630 Cedar), the Cedar High Apartments are made up of four adjoining buildings with a total of 539 units (one-bedrooms). These 10- and 25-story high-rise buildings are in the Cedar Riverside neighborhood.

Resident community rooms are conveniently located on the first floor of each building. The 620 Cedar, 1627 and 1611 Sixth first-floor community rooms offer TVs, seatings, and kitchenettes making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, community activities, and it can be reserved by residents for personal parties. Property management offices are located on the first floor of 1611 S 6th St. and 630 Cedar. Laundry machines are located on the first floor at 630 Cedar, on the third, fifth and seventh floors at 620 Cedar, 1627 and 1611 Sixth.
