Charles Horn Towers

Built in 1971, the Horn Towers are made up of 491 one-bedroom units across three buildings on the same city block. These three 22-story high-rise buildings are in the Lyndale neighborhood.

Horn Towers has a large resident community space at 3110 South Blaisdell Avenue, a TV lounge and library room at 115 West 31st Street, and a community space with a TV, vending machines, and a kitchen at 3121 South Pillsbury Avenue. Residents use the community spaces for resident council meetings, community activities, and meetings with support staff. Horn Towers also has a gated outdoor space with picnic tables and resident garden plots on the south end of the property allowing residents to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside. Laundry machines and exercise machines are located on the second floors of each building for convenience. Property management offices are on the first floor by the elevators in each building.
