Fifth Avenue Highrise

Built in 1971, the Fifth Avenue Towers are made up of two adjoining buildings, each with 127 one-bedroom units. These two 15-story high-rise buildings are in the Phillips West neighborhood near Morrison Park and Peavey Park.

Laundry machines are all conveniently located on the first floor of each building. Property management offices are located on the first floor at 2419 South 5th Avenue. There is a community space on the first floor of the building connecting the two towers which offers a TV and seating, making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for meetings with support staff and community activities. Additionally, there is an exercise room on the first floor at 2433 South 5th Avenue. Free community Wi-Fi is available in the lobby areas of each building. The Fifth Avenue Towers also has wonderful outdoor space featuring garden plots, picnic tables, and a grill. This space allows residents to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside.
