Heritage Commons

Built in 2006, Heritage Commons is made up of 102 one-bedroom units. This 4-story high-rise building is in the Sumner-Glenwood neighborhood across the street from the Cora McCorvey Health and Wellness Center and overlooking Van White Memorial Park. Heritage Commons offers home care programming through Cassia.

Laundry machines, property management offices, and resident community spaces are all conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The first-floor community room offers a TV, kitchenette, and seating making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, and community activities. Additionally, the first floor offers a cozy great room with a fireplace, library room with shelves of books, and large dining room. Each floor offers a balcony with seating and additional laundry rooms. Heritage Commons also boasts extensive outdoor space featuring a fenced patio, garden, and seating areas. This space allows residents to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside.
