Hiawatha Towers Apartments

Built in 1963, the Hiawatha Towers Apartments are made up of 281 one-bedroom units across three buildings on the same city block. These three 12-story high-rise buildings are in the Ventura Village neighborhood.

Laundry machines and resident community space are all conveniently located on the first floor of each of the buildings. The first-floor community room offers a TV and kitchenette making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, community activities, and it can be reserved by residents for personal parties. Property management offices for all three buildings are on the first floor of 2019 South 16th Avenue.
