Holland Highrise

Built in 1971, Holland Highrise is made up of 182 one-bedroom units. This 17-story high-rise building is in the Logan Park neighborhood near Jackson Square and Logan Park.

Laundry machines, property management offices, and a resident community space are all conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The first-floor community room offers a TV, seating, and kitchenette making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Residents use this space for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, and community activities. Additionally, there is a community room on the seventeenth floor, complete with tables and chairs and a kitchenette. Holland Highrise also has outdoor space featuring a patio, garden, grill, and picnic tables. This space allows residents to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside.
