Lowry Towers

Built in 1969, Lowry Towers is made up of 193 units (studios and one-bedrooms). This 17-story high-rise building is in the Hawthorne neighborhood.

Laundry machines, property management offices, and resident community spaces are all conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The first-floor community room offers a TV, seating, and free Wi-Fi making it a great place to chat with neighbors or watch a movie. Additionally, there is a spacious meeting room on the first floor, complete with vending machines, tables and chairs, and a kitchen. Residents use this space for resident council meetings, meetings with support staff, community activities, and it can be reserved by residents for personal parties.
