About This Property
Built in 1952, more than 2,000 families have called Glendale home over the decades. Nestled in the transit-rich Prospect Park neighborhood, Glendale boasts access to an early childhood Head Start program and Luxton Park and its recreation center, along with proximity to the University of Minnesota and its many resources. Through the years, Glendale has become a cultural corridor for many refugee families–from Southeast Asia to East Africa–and recently celebrated its 70th anniversary.
Glendale is made up of 184 one-, two-, three-, and four- bedroom townhomes. Laundry machines, property management offices, Head Start programming, and food shelf are located in the Dorothy Whittaker Resident Resource Center (92 St Mary Ave NE).

Leasing Information
Due to high demand and limited supply of units and funding, applicants may not be able to get housing right away. For this reason, MPHA manages a waitlist so as units become available, households can be notified in the order of when they applied. To learn more about eligibility and how to apply to MPHA housing, please see the MPHA Housing page.
