The Data Practices Act (Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13) is Minnesota’s law covering data privacy and data sharing by public entities. It is similar to the Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, at the federal level. As a state-chartered entity, the DPA (rather than FOIA) applies to MPHA.

If you believe you need to file a request with us for information under the Minnesota DPA , please use the following forms.

Note: If you are a current or former employee seeking information about yourself, do not use these forms. A DPA request is likely unnecessary.
Please call MPHA Human Resources at (612) 342-1442, or email HR@mplspha.org.
